The Hong Kong trip

The trip was fun, hilarious but not because of the place, i had a good company with me..my close friends from the office were there too...

We stayed at Empire Hotel Kawloon, nearby Kawloon Mosque..Esprit outlet, Giardano, Baleno, Sasa etc just nearby..

On the first day of arrival, we check-in, solat and rest for an hour..free & easy session was spent with window shopping around Kawloon area...We went to Esprit factory outlet, spent some money there, and we cruised along the Nathan Road to the Ladies Market...I was told that the traders are rude, arrogant and ala mafia type, hmm it stops me from the excitement. We found one shop that sells reject Crocs at RM15 per pair if you bought 3 pairs in one receipt. So I bought a pair for Dania..The original crocs in HK is even cheaper..in their boutique, they sold it around RM70/pair. If you wear your own Crocs into the boutique, you'll another get RM20 off. One of us bought 12 pairs of Crocs..isk isk I would say theirs are more trendy and colourful.back to hotel almost midnite..

The 2nd day, after having western breakfast in the hotel, we went to Citygate for 1/2 day shopping before proceed to Disneyland. Sangat mahal walaupon namanye factory outlet. Factory Outlet kat Tokyo pon lagik murah..No wonder tourist loves spending their money in Malaysia. Certain brand ajek kira affordable to buy..I brought my lunch, make some tuna sandwich and had hot tea at Delifrance..I bought 4 Giardano jeans RM50/piece, bought Esprit polo shirt again for hubby..It's raining non stop from morning..at 4.30pm we arrived at Disneyland..hmm,,memang betul, it's smaller...Personally, I think Disneyland ni macam ala imitation but their merchandise are more colorful and..below photo is HK Disney castle & Tokyo Dosney castle..Ignore Manoj, the man who is interframe in this photo..and below HK castle is the Tokyo Castle...

We went to the 3D show, Magic Mickey, the fantasy Gardens, the raining parade..cute aje the character's wearing the rain coat..a lot of things to do with so little time..kene lari2 gak to one another place..Barang-barang Disney in HK a lot more expensive ..Payung bodoh is RM75 ok, and bloody stupid kid's t-shirt cost me RM80..mak oiiii..I really can't wait to go to Florida when seeing the price..At 8.30pm we went back to hotel after watching the fireworks..

Bus dropped us to hotel, lapar, cari makan, then went back hotel, sakit kaki, and tired..webcam with Dania cost me RM20/hour...hmm..nak tgk movie pon RM10/movie..everything is money in HK..Tak larat nak gi HRC HK..tak larat nak angkat lutut..haha

On the last day, we went to this Cyber Cafe owned by Singaporean for heavy breakfast; I had my Nasi Lemak & teh tarik..No I didnt try halal dim sum or what so ever as I'm not interested..
but the nasik lemak sambal sedap..:) then went back to hotel, continue packing...

sangat licin, sangat kebulur nasi!!

Hmm..so Hong Kong is not my favourite...next please..

On flight again..:)

This friday, we are going to HK..the appreciation trip for 2008 achievement which has been downgraded from GC to HK..initially they hv proposed Macau cait!!..but the take up rate is only 16 and HK has more followers..looks like we are going to have a big crowd in HK..

yeah i' goin to the land where the dream comes true again..hikhik..i'll bring along my autograph book..

I've visited Dania's friend in Pandan Utama..Mia Maisarah is a special girl born with left clubfoot..I knew that not everyone is capable to solve a problem or to handle difficult situation..but I can't stand with a doctor who is also a bully..She reminds of Dr Mastura of HTJ & Dr Asyikin of HKL, both are pathetic ...doctor2 macam ni lah cas bagus.. dah lah pakai tudung labuh caitt...bullied those who can't fight back, takde rasa sympathy, angkuh tak tentu pasal...baru tolong 20 org pesakit pon dah tunjuk lagak..Dr Ponseti tuh dah tolong thousand of babies pon tak pernah pon dia angkuh dlm email dia..again, I've forwarded my frustration to Dr Amnuay & Dr Ponseti on some of Malaysian Orthopedic Surgeon attitude in treating clubfoot..very embarrassing!!

To Mazila, please be strong, banyakkan berdoa, semoga Allah memberi rahmat & murahkan rezeki kepada anda sekeluarga..amin!Hug & kisses for Mia Maisarah..:)

The last day

The trip was indeed was a good one...Not a honeymoon trip of course but it is amazing race type of trip...with language barrier, we've survived in Japan!

Things that happened :

1. My pink camera lost in Shin-Osaka.I'm too busy calming down Dania with her tantrum moment, just realised that the camera was gone when we transferred shinkansen to Hiroshima..Yeah, I blamed Dania for this (boleh ker?hahaha). I'm planning to get a new one to replace it since I don't kinda like my sony camera. But we found it back when we went to Lost & found Dept in Shin-Osaka. I was once being told that Japanese didn't take other people belongings. They would rather run to you and return it. They run to us when Dania's right shoes was slipped off, and the Duffy the bear dropped.Kalau kat M'sia ni dah selamat ni, hahaha...melepas nak beli camera baru ni..

2. Some people in Tokyo are rude. They dare to ignore the reserved seat for priority people. If you are old, or pregnant, or handicapped, or mother with infants don't hope so much that you'll be seen.But people in Saijo Hiroshima, Kyoto & Osaka will give ways..:)..There is one time that me & husband were being pushed out from the train altho we've squeezed and given a small path for them to get off from the train. Dania who was with Kakti was so shocked seeing us being pushed away.

3. In my company, standardisation, customer priority and policy compliance are among important things in order to see the value of what you are doing. Surprisingly, it is not happen in some of the places in Japan. Rumah sepah2, jalan sekejap kecik sekejap besar, rumah lain2 bentuk. Customer service in the Toko Hotel in Tokyo is the worst. They didn't offer help to assist to bring the bags upstairs, they didn't apologize,they didn't smile, they didn't want to assist on you how to use the self-laundry machine. But in Osaka & Saijo, it is totally different. Despite of language barrier, their broken english & sign language makes you relieved.

4. Now Dania is 2 years old. we've experienced her 1st tantrum in Japan.Tanya nak apa, tak pandai cakap pulak tapi actually nak tido..caitt..Now her vocab is improving, she sing, she dance and she loves to pose..:)

5. Best jugak travelling dgn toddler ni..u got to get first on board with business class travelers, you got to eat first (opps maybe because we ordered muslim meals), the Japanese show you to the elevator..cuma experience naik their train is not so good, the gap between platform & some of the train is wide & scary...oh ye lagi satu, don't trust weather forecast..follow your instinct..lucky i still pack Dania's warmer clothing, snow cap & glove altho weather forecast forcasted it is between 11 degree to 16 degree..it actually 3 degree celcius...banyak beza tuh..

6. Shinkansen was superb.. sangat laju but u can't feel it.

7. Shopping tak ingat..:)..bought my watch, my Coach, souvenirs, HRC stuff (most of it kawan pesan)..

8. We are glad the amazing race is over..good experience. No, I have no plan to go to Japan anymore...

9. Next Trip : Uncle Sam first or the Oz?or both?hmm..Bangkok is in Aug..:)

Happy Birthday Dania

Some people says I'm crazy...because I wanted to bring Dania to meet her friend, Mickey Mouse to Disneyland on her birthday..I think I'm crazy too, but who cares lah kan? It is so good timing, sakura blooms on her birthday..rezeki dia lah..:)

Happy Birthday Dania, mama & abah would always love you..lain kali kalau nak tido, sila tido jangan nangis..hahaha

So much to see so much to write..

From Hiroshima, we went to Osaka & Kyoto..seen few temples, some sakura blooms some not ..but the truth is my feet sore..on 31st March we had our overnight stay at Malaysia House...hmm not suitable for family like us where we take more space and need more facilities than what they can offer..but because we are too tired, we accept the fact that we need more rest & sleep...but i'm still complaining that we need to move out and find good hotel nearby...
